Join this 10 days tailored program, integrated as part of our Mysore Program – to get all you can from the Traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice; the foundation of all Yoga practices.

Jan 16th – 27th
Monday – Thursday: from 7:30 am – 10:30 am (come anytime during this time slot, giving yourself a minimum of 60 min to practice.)
Friday- 8:00 am – 9:30 am (slot 1)/ 9:30am – 11am (slot 2)
